Where Most Women Begin

Private Therapeutic Yoga

One-on-one sessions for women living with stress, burnout, chronic tension, pain, anxiety, or the quiet sense of being disconnected from their own body. Awareness rarely begins with insight. It usually begins with the body.

The Body First

Change is hard to think your way into.

Most women I meet already understand their patterns. They can explain the overwhelm, the people-pleasing, the pushing through. Understanding it hasn't stopped it.

That's because behavior under pressure is a nervous system event before it is a decision. When your body is braced, your options narrow. You react faster, recover slower, and default to the patterns that are most familiar.

Private Therapeutic Yoga works at that level. Movement, breath, nervous system education, and body awareness build the physical foundation that makes lasting behavioral change possible — the capacity to notice what's happening before you're already reacting to it.

This is the same methodology as everything else I do. It simply starts where it is most tangible: in your body. Many women begin here and later choose to go deeper through Behavioral Alignment Consulting.

Who This Is For

If your body has been asking for attention.

  • You are carrying chronic stress or burnout and can't seem to fully power down.
  • Your shoulders, jaw, neck, hips, or low back hold tension that keeps returning.
  • You live with persistent pain, tightness, or old injuries that limit how you move.
  • Anxiety shows up physically — shallow breath, racing heart, restlessness, poor sleep.
  • You feel disconnected from your body, or like you're managing life from the neck up.
  • Group classes feel too fast, too crowded, or not built for what your body needs.

Inside a Session

Built for your body, not a class plan.

Sessions run roughly 60–75 minutes, one-on-one, in a private and unhurried setting. No experience with yoga is required — and no flexibility either.

01

Assess

We start with a conversation about your history, stress load, pain patterns, and how you actually move through your days. Then we look at what your body is doing — breath, posture, restriction, guarding.

02

Move & Breathe

Therapeutic movement, assisted stretching, fascia release, and breathwork chosen for your body, not a class plan. Slow enough to feel, specific enough to change something.

03

Understand

Nervous system education so you know why your body responds the way it does — what stress is doing, what safety feels like, and how to recognize both in real time.

04

Take It With You

You leave with a short, realistic practice you can use at your desk, in the car, or before bed. Awareness that only exists on the mat doesn't change your life.
